About the Role:

We are currently seeking four experienced Fire Door Joiners with valid Class One prison clearance to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for skilled tradespeople with a strong background in fire door installation and maintenance, particularly within secure environments such as prisons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair fire doors in line with current regulations and safety standards

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to operational areas

• Conduct inspections and provide reports on door condition and compliance

• Work safely and professionally within prison environments

• Liaise with site contacts and team leaders to deliver efficient service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joiner, Carpenter, or Fire Door Installer

• Valid Class One prison clearance (essential)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification preferred)

• Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
