As one of our Building Surveyors, be part of a multi-disciplinary team, enjoying varied projects and plenty of progression opportunities. And, when it comes to passing the RICS APC, you'll have support from an assessor on the team and pre-assessment training.

Your Purpose

As a Trainee Building Surveyor, you will embark on an exciting career path within the construction and property industry. This role is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in building surveying. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this dynamic field.

Security Clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
