• Provide administrative support to Housing Officers
• Accompany Housing Officers on tenancy sign-ups, viewings, and property visits
• Carry out well-being checks on tenants
• Support with workload management and compliance in preparation for housing inspections

About You:

• Strong housing knowledge with a good understanding of housing legislation
• Confident using housing management systems with a keen eye for compliance and accurate record-keeping
• Proven experience working as a Housing Support Officer or in a similar role
