Job Description
Our Major and Complex Loss teams are at the heart of our business: Managing the more technical and complex claims ranging from flood damage resulting in Business Interruption to claims associated with catastrophic events.
Responsibilities
To be part the mentoring and peer review programme for £100k+ claims handled across property. Actively contribute to the ongoing technical development & training of the Property division. This is a non-claims handling role and applications will be considered on a full time and part time basis.

Responsibilities
- Working with the existing mentors and peer reviewers to maintain a high standard of consistent product
- Development of staff handling £50-250K claims
- Contribute to training and development programmes
- Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery and enhanced Customer/claim outcomes
- Contribute to technical guidance documents on key topics/areas .

- Proven experience of handling MCL claims to a high standard
- ACILA qualified
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently
- Ability to communicate and motivate at a variety of experience levels
- Quality focused.
- Team focused – working with colleagues throughout the business
- Competent use of technology – Excel, PowerPoint, Word ,Teams etc
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial & Domestic Losses
- Likely to have a market/client reputation
- Regular contribution to technical papers/presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of staff mentoring/development
