Business Development Executive - Field Based
This role requires the successful candidates to undertake the full sales cycle, from identifying new prospects, proactive outreach, attending and closing in-person meeting. As a result, our ideal candidate will possess a strong work-ethic, hunter mentality and a commitment to progressing in sales.

- Up to £33,000 basic salary pa - On Target Earnings £60k+
- Cannock Based Office - Hybrid & Field Based Role

- Candidates must have a Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence & access to a Car
- Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident residing within commutable distance to Cannock.

This role requires the successful candidates to undertake the full sales cycle, from identifying new prospects, proactive outreach, attending and closing in-person meeting. As a result, our ideal candidate will possess a strong work-ethic, hunter mentality and a commitment to progressing in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the full sales cycle; from identifying new prospects to securing meetings, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Lead generation; research and qualification of new prospects in line with the ICP.
- Outreach to prospective clients through calling, LinkedIn, Networking, etc. with the goal of setting in person appointments.
- Regularly attending in-person client meetings, networking, events, and other means to bring on new business and develop your own personal network.
- Leading client meetings and sales pitches, educating customers on products and services offered in line with their business goals and requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with all potential and existing customers and effectively promote the portfolio of products and services.
- Efficient and effective schedule planning to effectively manage and develop your client portfolio.
Key Skills And Experience
- 2+ years’ demonstrable outbound field based B2B sales experience is essential.
- Experience within the technology industry is desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Target & financially driven; ability to work towards sales and KPI targets.
- Excellent commercial and business acumen.
- Ambitious, confident, and persuasive personality.
- High resilience, with the ability to handle objections.
- A Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence & access to a Car
