Admin and Accounts Assistant - #1738197

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our Birmingham based client to work on a permanent Part Time basis with flexible working hours, typically Wed, Thurs & Fri, 08:30 to 16:30 with some flexibility with the working days.

Core duties would be :-

• Processing of invoices/Purchase ledger
• Produce sales invoices
• Check statements and process payment to suppliers
• Some accounts training will be provided where necessary

• Responding to all admin queries
• Taking and answering calls
• Ordering of parts and materials for various projects
• Carry out any project specific admin duties.
