Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing high-quality human feedback. This summer, we’re looking for motivated and capable students to join our remote team and contribute to training the next generation of AI.

About The Opportunity

We’re inviting students in data science or related fields to help train generative artificial intelligence models. You'll work on projects involving tasks like predictive modeling, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and anomaly detection.

This is not a traditional internship, but it’s a great way to apply your skills, learn in a hands-on environment, and get paid while helping develop cutting-edge AI technology.

• Expected availability: 30–40 hours/week during the summer.

You’ll Be Contributing By

• Writing and answering data science questions to help train AI models.
• Reviewing and classifying AI-generated responses.
• Providing clear and constructive feedback on model outputs.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Ideally, you’re an undergraduate, master’s, or PhD student in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with key data science concepts and tools.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
