Senior Solutions Configuration Engineer
Location: UK-wide (flexible/remote options available)
Hours: Up to 35 hours per week (flexibility and travel may be required)
Team: Technology Solutions - Configuration & Deployment
Reports to: Configuration & Deployment Team Lead
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Configuration Engineer to join our Technology Solutions team. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative, client-facing technology solutions-helping shape, implement, and support digital tools across the organisation.
As a senior team member, you'll work across a modern technology stack including HighQ, Contract Express, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages). You'll also be involved in exploring and evaluating emerging technologies as the digital needs of the business evolve.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about legal tech, automation, and delivering smart, scalable solutions to business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and maintain advanced technology solutions across internal and client-facing projects.
Support process improvement, documentation, and standardisation of service delivery within the Configuration & Deployment team.
Take the lead on solution upgrades, technology migrations, and integration projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external tech vendors to align solutions with business needs.
Train and support users, develop guidance documentation, and respond to support requests in line with SLAs.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Keep up to date with legal tech trends and bring forward ideas to improve solution effectiveness and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven track record of building and supporting complex solutions using platforms such as HighQ (Doc Auto, workflows, reporting), Contract Express, SharePoint, and ideally Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience in a professional services or service delivery environment is a plus.
Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and service desk processes is desirable.
