Job Title: Metal Finisher Supervisor

Are you a skilled operator in Plating, Powder Coating, or Finishing…ready to step up and lead? We're hiring a Metal Finisher Supervisor to manage a small team, oversee production, and maintain quality across various base and precision metals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day plating and finishing operations
• Maintain and operate equipment on the plating line
• Safely handle chemicals and maintain process baths
• Ensure quality control and inspect for defects
• Keep the finishing area clean, safe, and efficient
• Support preventative maintenance
• Motivate and guide your team to hit quality and production targets

What You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in plating, coating, or finishing
• Proven team leadership in a manufacturing setting
• Great organisation and multitasking skills
• A hands-on approach with a keen eye for quality
• Solid understanding of HSE and process compliance
• Confidence in paperwork, communication, and troubleshooting
