- Deliver Zero Defects through process control, standard work, and defect reduction strategies.
- Manage TOC lines, schedules, and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Production Team Leaders and Operators to achieve their best.
- Meet budget targets, optimise labour costs, and manage daily production plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to meet plant goals.
- Use Lean tools (6S, FMEA, SPC, PDCA) to boost performance and eliminate waste.
- Build a flexible, skilled, and engaged workforce in a unionised setting.
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting, ideally aerospace or similar.
- Experience in fast paced environments and people management.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies – Lean, Six Sigma.
- Comfortable managing budgets, priorities, and high-performance teams.
- Solid knowledge of ISO9001, OSHA18001, ISO14001 is a plus.
