Product Specialist - £40,000 per annum - Birmingham or Leeds / Hybrid

We are currently partnered with a leading law firm to recruit for a Product Specialist to join their Knowledge Systems team.

As Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing outward-facing technology solutions and enhancing their innovation offering with regards to how we access and surface legal knowledge for clients.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Product Specialist will help ensure successful adoption and maximum return on investment of their existing legal solutions, provide technical support and training on the solutions and identify potential areas where innovative tech solutions may be relevant and present these ideas to senior team members.

Any experience with LegalTech solutions (i.e. HighQ), Learning Management Systems or other innovation technology will be highly beneficial.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office in either Birmingham or Leeds.
