Business Change Manager – Legal – Birmingham – PERM – up to £85,000pa

My client a Global Law Firm are looking for a Business Change Manager to join their AI Transformation team.

They will be taking responsibility for the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans to maximise team adoption and minimise resistance.

Working with each area of the business, they will design, develop, implement and manage change deliverables that will enable users throughout the firm to successfully transition from their current state to a future state.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Leading change management activities across the programme


• Define and lead a comprehensive change impact assessment


• Work closely with the Training and Knowledge Teams to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training


• Identify and manage anticipated resistance


• Support and engage senior leaders, coach managers and supervisors


• Manage stakeholders and ensure engagement

They are looking for someone with

• Experience and a firm knowledge of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in key business programmes


• Exceptional communication skills


• Experience of working effectively at all levels in a global organisation


• 5 years + with large-scale global organisational change projects

This role is offered as a minimum of 3 days per week worked on site at their Birmingham office, and the remainder remote.
