Here at Mitchells & Butlers, CRM and Loyalty is a critical revenue generation area spanning an impressive portfolio of brands, including Miller and Carter, Harvester, Toby restaurants and All Bar One. With an exciting and dynamic roadmap ahead of us in the CRM space we are seeking to recruit a CRM Campaign Delivery Executive into our Campaign Delivery team. This is a fixed-term, 12-month contract role designed to support our team through a significant technology transition.


In the role of Campaign Delivery Executive, we are looking for a data‐driven marketing professional to support the Campaign Delivery Team as part of our transition to a new CRM tech stack. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in audience segmentation, customer data management, and campaign execution as we migrate to a new CRM solution. The transition integrates a Customer Data Platform (Treasure Data) with a cutting-edge Customer Marketing Tool (Braze). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audience creation, data segmentation, and CDP management, with prior experience in Braze being highly desirable.


Working in an office flexible role you will have a base at our Birmingham city centre head office and you’ll be part of the Digital Production Team embedded within our Customer Marketing Team of experts across all aspects of digital marketing.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop, refine, and manage audience segmentation, ensuring accurate targeting and personalisation across all campaigns.
  • Assist in implementing multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, web content) across our portfolio of brands, ensuring timely and precise execution, using Treasure Data and Braze.
  • Collaborate with CRM and brand teams to align campaign briefs, audience selection, and messaging to business goals.
  • Oversee content libraries and coordinate with external agencies to secure and process required creative assets.
  • Conduct thorough QA on campaign segmentation, ensuring data accuracy and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure personalised digital assets align with segmentation strategies and data-driven best practices.

  • A strong understanding of database marketing, audience segmentation, and CRM operations from academic qualifications or professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manipulate, segment, and analyse customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience working with a Customer Data Platform—Treasure Data experience is highly desirable.
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with Braze or similar tools for executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to adapt to and master new technical platforms, with an analytical mindset for optimising data usage.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain deadlines, and uphold rigorous data security standards.
  • A meticulous approach to data handling, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, SQL and Liquid desired but not essential.
