About The Opportunity

Strategic Planning Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project planning and scheduling strategies in alignment with the programme outcomes and objectives to set and maintain an integrated programme baseline.

Key Stakeholder Reporting Generate and present accurate and timely progress reports and complex scenario analyses to senior management, programme board and key government and investor stakeholders.

Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and supervise the planning team and set the planning standards and collaboration criteria with delivery partners and the supply chain, fostering a high-performance culture.

Process and Tools Implementation Lead on the implementation, use and continuous improvements and innovation in process and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, etc.) and best practices under NEC form of contract for planning and scheduling, quantitative schedule risk analysis and critical chain management.

Adaptability High flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and environments.

Technical Proficiency Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and extensive knowledge of NEC 3/4 contracts

Travel Flexibility Willingness to travel to client sites across the country as needed
