Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting AIAURA’s innovative recruitment solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, startup environment where your impact will be immediate and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AIAURA’s capabilities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role—ideally within SaaS, HR, Tech, or recruitment sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment—proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software Zoho would be a bonus but not essential.
- UK-based candidates are preferred.
