As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and qualified Independent Prescriber Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management of minor ailments, long-term conditions, and medicines optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct independent clinical assessments and issue prescriptions within your clinical competence.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care pathways.
- Lead on medicines optimisation initiatives, including medication reviews and audits.
- Support the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD.
- Provide expert advice to patients on the safe use of medicines.
- Contribute to staff training and the development of prescribing protocols.
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or prescribing role.
