You'll collaborate with regulatory teams, oversee licensing compliance, and respond to public concerns, all while tracking enquiries in line with customer service standards.
Staying up to date with legislation and best practices, you'll provide expert advice to stakeholders and play a crucial part in shaping policies and procedures. With opportunities to contribute to special projects and initiatives, as well as encourage responsible business practices, this role offers a unique blend of enforcement, public service, and policy developmentmaking a real difference in the city's environment.
