This vital role involves conducting enforcement activities to ensure public compliance with statutory provisions, investigating complaints, and taking decisive action to resolve infringements. You'll collaborate with regulatory teams, oversee licensing compliance, and respond to public concerns, all while tracking enquiries in line with customer service standards.

Staying up to date with legislation and best practices, you'll provide expert advice to stakeholders and play a crucial part in shaping policies and procedures.
