Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?
Do you enjoy supporting a senior leader and playing a key role in the smooth running of a business?
We have a truly exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to join a thriving estate and lettings agency based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
In this varied and fast-moving Personal Assistant role, you will provide dedicated support to the CEO, acting as a trusted right hand and ensuring the smooth management of daily operations. With exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach, you will manage the CEOs diary, coordinate meetings, prepare documents and presentations, and liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners. You will handle sensitive and confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion, whilst remaining calm under pressure and juggling competing priorities with ease.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, as Personal Assistant you will be responsible for arranging travel and hospitality, assisting with the planning and execution of company projects, and attending meetings where needed, taking notes and following up on actions. You will also provide valuable administrative support with HR processes, onboarding and compliance, making this a genuinely pivotal role in the business.
To succeed as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will need to have previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within the property or professional services sector. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong IT capabilities (including Microsoft Office and CRM systems), and a naturally solution-focused attitude. With a high level of discretion, exceptional organisational skills, and a warm and personable nature, you will be a vital asset to the leadership team.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) and a generous benefits package including free parking in modern offices in Edgbaston, with the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and fast-growing business.
