As a Roofing Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of a succesful and growing business by preparing precise cost estimates for roofing projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates

• Perform site visits to assess and measure roof structures as needed

• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs

• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals to clients

• Collaborate with project managers and sales team to align estimates with client expectations and project goals

• Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain the most competitive pricing

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a roofing estimator or in a similar construction estimating role

• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes

• Excellent math and analytical skills

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Valid driver’s license
