You’ll lead a small but hungry on-site sales team, blending sharp commercial instincts with first-class service. You’ll convert leads into leases, build corporate and agency partnerships, and drive occupancy while supporting your team to deliver sales excellence at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing – Sales at the Heart of Every Lease!
You’ll lead a small but hungry on-site sales team, blending sharp commercial instincts with first-class service. You’ll convert leads into leases, build corporate and agency partnerships, and drive occupancy while supporting your team to deliver sales excellence at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and rental revenue by leading all leasing and sales activities.
- Nurture enquiries through to move -n by delivering exceptional viewings and a professional tenancy progression journey.
- Consistently meet and exceed lettings targets and KPIs.
- Oversee the digital leasing journey including portals, website and social channels.
- Be a data and compliance champion, ensuring CRM systems are continuously updated and compliance points are always met.
- Build and maintain strong local partnerships to generate corporate leads and maximise conversions.
- Creating a sale focused, fun, professional and service-driven environment for your team, ensuring everyone feels they are playing a vital part in the overall success.
- Nurture, train, review and develop your team members to ensure best in class service and delivery.
- Create and implement innovative, site-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Leasing to drive interest.
- Regularly analyse the market landscape, pricing, and competitor performance to stay ahead and position Moda as the market leader.
- Leverage insights and data to optimise pipeline, reduce voids, and drive renewals.
- Identify and actively upsell opportunities and revenue streams (e.g. additional services).
- Price setting and reviews to maximise rental growth in the market.
- Sourcing and implementing the best third-party partners to support with lease up.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Proven track record in a leasing, sales, or hospitality leadership role (Build-to-Rent, PRS, or luxury hospitality preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sales or lettings role.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills — you know how to convert enquiries into signed leases.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating a team to hit targets, as well as being skilled in having the difficult conversations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, portals, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
- Ideally ARLA qualified or willing to work towards qualification.
- Energetic, organised, and customer-obsessed — ready to go the extra mile every day.
