Housing Officer - Homes and Communities

£30,503.19 - £33,188.00 per annum, plus £1,680 car allowance

37.5 hours per week

About The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced housing officer who will be responsible for a patch of approximately 600 homes across a dispersed area, dealing with Estate Management issues, low level ASB, tenancy sustainment, lettings and other Tenancy related aspects. So, if you have housing management experience, can cope with a demanding and challenging role are a caring, passionate person with great customer focused skills we want to hear from you.

About You

It is essential that you can work independently with minimal supervision, organising your workload to meet goals and KPIs that are set.

The post is full time, based at the Birmingham office. With travel across the Midlands, the role qualifies for essential car user allowance.
