Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £29,500 per annum

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, a leading UK supplier of cleaning and janitorial products, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Birmingham team.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of operatives, and ensure all activity is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch operations

Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Train and support warehouse staff to meet performance goals

Maintain accurate stock handling and documentation

Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs

Support site security and occasional out-of-hours operations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound knowledge of health & safety best practices

Hands-on, team-focused approach
