Job Title: Working Site Foreman – New Build Development Location: Birmingham Contract: Temp to Perm Pay: £180 – £235 per day (DOE) About the Role We are currently seeking a Working Site Foreman to join a leading construction team on a new build development project in Birmingham. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a hands-on professional with experience managing teams on-site while still being actively involved in the day-to-day operations. You will play a crucial role in supervising site works, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and work alongside site operatives on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on-site.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project specifications.
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with the site manager, project team, and suppliers.
• Support with snagging, reporting, and daily progress checks.

You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build projects.
• Strong understanding of site processes, construction methods, and H&S regulations.
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification preferred.
• First Aid qualification desirable.
• A proactive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
