We’re seeking a proactive and organised professional to join our clients growing team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant communications
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health & safety standards
- Manage budgets, service charges, and rent collection
- Conduct regular property inspections and reporting
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant property legislation (ARLA or IRPM qualifications desirable)
