Skills Set for Success:

Ideally you are a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a keen eye for detail with experience using an ERP system and analysing large volumes of data to support decision-making

You will be an authentic leader, with a focus on developing a high performing team.

Confidence to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, and free up resources to optimise processes with simplicity at the core.

A highly effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, forming trusted and lasting partnerships.
