Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates and clear, client-facing pricing documentation.

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications for multiple concurrent projects.

• Perform detailed take-offs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with internal project teams and external supply chain partners.

• Support bid strategy by identifying risks and ensuring accurate, compliant proposals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar estimating role within the façade or building envelope sector.

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical ability; proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, LogiKal, SchuCal+, or similar software.

• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and integrity in all aspects of estimating and documentation.

• Collaborative Communicator: Able to work across teams and engage effectively with supply chains and clients.

• Multi-Tasker: Comfortable handling multiple estimates and timelines simultaneously.
