As an apprentice-level Digital Marketing Executive you will play a key part in supporting NIVEA UK’s digital activity. You will help manage social communities, support content creation across platforms, optimise website content, and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies, in alignment with brand objectives. This position supports development through the Baltic Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.
This is a Fixed Term 17 month contract.
Your Tasks
Community Management
- Help manage and monitor brand communities on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a brand-consistent and timely manner.
- Assist with community moderation, encouraging UGC and content interaction.
- Track and report on engagement metrics and brand sentiment using GA4 and other tools.
- Flag and support in handling crisis management and sensitive feedback on social channels.
Content Creation & Support
- Assist in the creation of visually compelling and brand-aligned content for digital platforms.
- Contribute to content calendars that integrate product campaigns, SEO, and audience insights.
- Repurpose offline assets for digital campaigns where needed.
- Help coordinate digital assets for TikTok Shop and support optimisation of product pages using research insights.
Brand & Product Management Support
- Work alongside the digital and marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital content.
- Use the Product Information Management (PIM) system to update, maintain, and optimise product listings across online platforms.
- Ensure product information is up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for consumer clarity and search visibility.
- Support product launch processes by uploading digital content and ensuring seamless product representation across channels.
- Liaise with brand and eCommerce teams to align product messaging and digital shelf execution.
Website Content & SEO
- Help maintain and update content across nivea.co.uk using CMS tools and support SEO optimisation.
- Support the digital team in ensuring all product, campaign and brand copy is accurate and aligned with tone of voice guidelines.
- Monitor site performance and assist in developing recommendations for improvements.
Analytics & Evaluation
- Learn to interpret marketing analytics through tools like GA4 and contribute to performance reporting.
- Assist in evaluating content and campaign effectiveness, helping to identify areas for improvement based on ROI, SEO, and social insights.
Your Profile
- Educated to GCSE-level
- A keen interest in pursuing a marketing career.
- Passionate about digital marketing, content creation and social media trends.
- Enthusiastic learner, eager to develop skills in SEO, web management, GA4, and social content production.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload with guidance.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
- Willingness to complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship alongside the role.
