Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a long-established law
firm in Birmingham looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential property transactions from instruction to
completion.
Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages,
and transfers of equity.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other
stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.

Requirements:
At least 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
