PROJECT COORDINATOR REQUIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS IN BIRMINGHAM FOR A ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR

I am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a leading Electrical contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including New Build Industrial projects.

Salary: £35,000 + Package

Leading West Midlands-based electrical contractor delivering new-build industrial projects (£1m-£15m) across the UK. Due to growth, we're hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Contracts Managers across multiple sites.

You'll manage project documentation and provide end-to-end support, including:

• Setting up and maintaining drawing/document registers

• Issuing and tracking technical submittals

• Coordinating RAMS, site setup, subcontractor onboarding

• Supporting health & safety processes and plant hire

• Creating O&M manuals and tracking project variations

• Project coordination experience in construction (ideally electrical)

• Strong MS Excel and Word skills

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of BlueBeam, Acrobat Pro, JIB ECS, CIS

• BIM experience
