Driving Mobile Cleaner - #1721026

Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based in Birmingham.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term temporary contract.

• Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal,
• Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
• Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required
• Carry out sharps sweeps
• Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.

Job details:

Start date: As soon as candidate is available

Location: Birmingham and Surrounding region

Duration: 6 months plus

Hours: 37 hours + out of hours Monday - Sunday

Pay rate: £14.10 per hour

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience

MUST HAVE Full UK driving license

Good communication skills
