Senior / Associate Planner Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 DOE Private Consultancy Birmingham Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for your next step in a dynamic and growing consultancy? We are working with a well-established private planning consultancy in Birmingham, seeking a Senior or Associate Planner to join their expanding team. The Role: As a key member of the team, you'll be involved in a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years' experience and be able to hit the ground running. You'll work closely with clients, manage planning applications, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects. What's on Offer? ·Competitive salary: £40,000 - £65,000+ (flexible for the right candidate) ·Broad sector experience welcomed: Public, private, or developer backgrounds considered ·Career support: Chartership not essential - full support will be provided ·Growing team: Join an established consultancy of 12 planners, with a new team member joining soon ·Exciting projects: Work on a mix of strategic and development planning across the UK Who We're Looking For: ·Minimum 5-6 years of planning experience ·Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently ·Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy ·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must.
