New opportunity for a Regional Development Manager/Corporate Account Manager to join Sharp’s corporate sales team, covering the territory including the Northwest and the Midlands.


Reporting to the Head of Corporate Business, you will aim to achieve sales targets and new business objectives by leveraging Sharp’s comprehensive portfolio of technology products and solutions. The role involves approximately 60% managing and developing existing accounts and 40% winning new corporate accounts.


We seek an experienced Corporate/Enterprise Account Manager from the technology sector. A consultative, customer-centric approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with corporate clients are essential.


Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.

  2. Balance time effectively between managing existing accounts and prospecting for new clients.

  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

  4. Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts using the CRM system.

  5. Retain customer accounts and generate repeat business through high-quality account management.

  6. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Develop new logo customers through proactive prospecting.

  8. Cross-sell products and solutions using high-gain questioning and a customer-centric approach.

  9. Create and utilize Customer Account Plans (CAP) to understand customer needs and challenges.

  10. Manage customer tenders from initial engagement to bid submission in collaboration with the Bid and Commercial teams.

  11. Manage relationships with third-party resellers and develop commercial opportunities.

  12. Participate in sales meetings, 1-2-1 sessions, and regional team meetings.

  13. Conduct research into customers, competitors, and verticals to create targeted action plans.

  14. Engage in planned sales training sessions.

  15. Complete all documentation to high standards, including proposals and orders.

  16. Use social platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential and existing customers.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate/Enterprise Account Manager in the managed print (preferred) or IT sector.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels up to boardroom.

  • Highly motivated, professional, target-driven, and resilient.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Accurate forecasting with CRM data analysis and sales experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptability to changing business and market needs.
