Job Purpose
To provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Duties include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Job Purpose
To provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Duties include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining hydration
- Help with light domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Administer or prompt medication as per care plans and training
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all interactions
- Record and report any changes in clients health or well-being
- Follow care plans and company policies at all times
- Travel between service users homes as scheduled (if applicable)
- Work collaboratively with clients families, healthcare professionals, and team members
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or early mornings as required
- Previous experience in a care role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
