We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Merlin Training & Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development department at our [Location] office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training plans and implementing online learning platforms that support our operations for superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop classroom-based training plans for new users to support their learning and integration into the various business processes
- Create and implement an online training platform to allow for efficient mobilisation at scale across different sectors
- Collaborate with the L&D team to develop an integrated onboarding and implementation system for new employees and organisational initiatives
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the continuous improvement of training materials and processes, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies
- Partner with the Intelligent X team to automate processes and generate insights that drive continuous improvement across all aspects of our operations
- Leverage in-depth industry knowledge of operational delivery across different sectors, providing specialised expertise and support to our operations teams
- Conduct regular market reviews to monitor competitors' products and ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or similar)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within our industry
- Proficient in online and blended learning solutions, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Proactive problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to potential challenges
