A successful Data Administrator should have:

• Prior experience of SAPHCM
  
  
  
  • Preferrable to have good knowledge of the SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes
  
  
  
  


• Data-oriented individual with experience of data administration activities


• Self-motivated and organised with strong attention to detail


• Experience of working with data in a large scale organisation


• Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) skills used to communication with colleagues on all levels within an organisation
