Senior Accounts Payable Analyst - #1716972

Robert Half are representing a fantastic business based in Coleshill. Our client are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. This is a temporary - permanent role assisting the Transactional Services Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.

Duties:

• Query resolution for internal and external customers


• Supporting junior members of the team


• Review and improvement of AP processes and procedures


• Processing supplier invoices and matching with GRN notes


• Processing weekly BACS payment runs, multiple foreign currency, manual and proforma payments


• Complex supplier statement reconciliations


• Assist Finance Manager with month and year end accruals

Preferred skills:

• Strong working experience within an accounts payable function


• Strong experience performing complex reconciliations and resolving queries is essential


• Strong financial and analytical skills


• Positive can do attitude
