Procurement Lead – Client Services (Public Sector)
Our client are looking for a procurement-savvy, solutions-focused individual to join their growing Client Services team.
The role will lead the procurement workstream for software guiding public sector clients through how to embed the innovative solution into their procurement processes. You will help shape tender documents, advise on procurement strategy, and work closely with different departments to drive adoption.
This is a client-facing role with real impact – part subject-matter expert, part project co-pilot.
The role will entail:
- Lead the procurement side of early payment implementations for new and existing clients
- Help clients (mainly councils) embed early payment options into their tenders
- Solve procurement-related challenges and handle queries with confidence
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Contribute to other business improvement projects
Applicants will have:
- Experience in procurement and contracting, ideally in the public sector
- Solid grasp of public procurement law and tender drafting
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, professional mindset and a sharp eye for detail
