TH Recruit have the privilege of working with on of the UKs leading developers. Our client are proud of their product, in terms of design, quality and delivery and now they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior/ Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team.


The key attributes and responsibilities are below


1. Excellent Communication Skills



  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication (written and verbal)

  • Ability to manage expectations and explain technical issues to non-specialists


2. Customer-Focused Mindset



  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure


3. Organisational and Administrative Strength



  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Keeping accurate records of customer issues, appointments, and resolutions

  • Managing schedules for tradespeople, contractors, and inspections


4. Problem-Solving Skills



  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, often acting as a liaison between customers and contractors

  • Proactive approach to identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements


5. Knowledge of Housebuilding Process



  • Understanding of new-build construction, snagging, NHBC/LABC warranty standards, and common post-completion issues

  • Awareness of health and safety practices on-site


6. IT Proficiency



  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel), and bespoke property management software

  • Ability to maintain and update databases and systems efficiently


7. Team Player



  • Works collaboratively with site teams, contractors, and internal departments (sales, construction, warranty, etc.)

  • Supports a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction


8. Attention to Detail



  • Accurate data entry and tracking of issues

  • Following up to ensure resolutions meet quality standards


9. Resilience and Patience



  • Able to handle complaints and frustrated customers professionally

  • Maintains a calm demeanour in high-pressure situations
