Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of the largest mobilisation project they have undertaken to date.This is a 6-month role with potential for future operational opportunities following the initial mobilisation.Acting as the link between the client Mobilisation/Transition Project and the Key Account Network (KAN) team, you’ll ensure the right subject matter experts are involved at the right time.You’ll hold each area of KAN to account, tracking progress, ensuring key milestones are met, and that all work packages are delivered on time and in line with programme expectations.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project within a global business, playing a central role in ensuring its success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the KAN delivery programme, developing and implementing the Mobilisation/Transition plan
  • Coordinate KAN stakeholders across functional workstreams, in collaboration with commercial and operations teams
  • Maintain and manage the project plan using Monday dot com to meet strategic and tactical objectives
  • Identify and deploy resources required to support delivery of day-to-day mobilisation activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective engagement across workstreams
  • Establish effective stakeholder management, escalation procedures, and communication plans
  • Drive accountability, manage changes, and ensure goals are successfully delivered

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Proven background in PMO, coordination, and administration with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Experience in cleaning services, particularly in the mobilisation of multi-site contracts
  • Understanding of Soft FM operations and requirements across varied environments
  • Able to hit the ground running—capable of setting up mobilisation plans and presenting solutions
  • Familiar with operating in environments where staff rotate across short cleaning shifts across sites
  • Comfortable managing complex schedules and resource deployment across multiple locations
