Mental Health Nurse – Complex Care Location: BirminghamSalary: £33,412.86 – £40,000 (DOE)Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeShifts: Rotational days and nights, including weekends and bank holidays About the Role: We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a complex care setting. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them work towards greater independence and community integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialist nursing care for individuals with complex mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualised care plans
• Establish therapeutic relationships with service users
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration
• Experience in complex mental health care
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexibly across Birmingham
