We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the setup and future delivery of our Cloud Marketplace workstream.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Scrum framework is set up and followed effectively, helping the team to understand and deliver high-quality IT services and solutions in a timely manner through an Agile approach. As this team is undergoing a process change, you will need to be mindful of the transition, balancing the needs of both Agile and existing waterfall ways of working where necessary, helping teams succeed in a hybrid environment.

As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for: 



  • organise and facilitate key Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused on achieving sprint goals. 

  • foster a culture of open communication, ensuring that all team members, product owners, and stakeholders collaborate effectively. Help to ensure that all expectations and requirements are understood and met. 

  • provides guidance to the development team and the organisation on Agile practices and principles, helping team members understand and embrace Scrum methodologies. Coach team members to become more self-organised and efficient

  • track the team's progress throughout the sprint, identifies areas for improvement, and work with the team to continuously refine and improve their processes to increase overall effectiveness


We'd love you to have



  • Certification i.e. the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance is highly recommended

  • Possess strong problem-solving, adaptability, motivational, communication, and organisational skills

  • Previous experience in project management or leading a team is valuable

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and software development processes is crucial

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including IT, product, and commercial teams
