Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:
Conduct property sales viewings and showcase listings to potential buyers
Register buyers and qualify prospective purchasers
Provide regular feedback to vendors and liaise between buyers and sellers
Book property valuations and maintain strong client relationships
Cross-sell mortgage services and arrange solicitor referrals
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
