As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to ensure students receive the best possible education and care. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a SEND setting and be confident in supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis.Job Role:

• Supporting students with Autism and additional needs in a specialist setting.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group intervention to aid learning and development.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering structured and engaging lessons.
