Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical Bias) Location: Birmingham (College Campus) Contract: Temp to Perm Salary: Negotiable About the Role We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Technician with a strong electrical background to join a well-established facilities team at a college in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are fully operational, safe, and compliant. While the focus is on electrical works, you’ll also support with basic mechanical and general building maintenance as required. You Bring:

• Proven experience in a Multi Skilled or Electrical Maintenance role
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations, or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in an educational or commercial environment is desirable
