Linsco are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of a small steel frame unit project at Birmingham University.
Project Scope:- Overseeing the construction of a small steel frame structure
- Coordination of lift shaft installation and small passenger lift
- Management of M&E works and internal fit-out
- Ensuring all works are delivered to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Proven experience managing similar projects, ideally within a live university or public environment
- Strong understanding of steel frame structures, lift installations, and M&E coordination
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage subcontractors effectively
