In this varied role, you'll join the team and provide all-important administrative support by:
- Responding to leasehold property related queries from internal and external stakeholders and customers, by email and over the phone.
- Processing refunds.
- Manning the central Leasehold Services inbox.
- Providing initial advice and guidance to internal and stakeholders on leasehold related matters.
- Inputting data and management of digital records – ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date.
Our Ideal Candidate?
- You'll have experience of providing administrative support.
- You'll have experience using a range of Microsoft packages including Excel and the ability to learn in-house systems.
- You're confident interacting with a variety of customers/stakeholders and focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times - we can support you to develop your technical knowledge of property maintenance and repairs!
