Responsibilities of the Fit Out Site Manager

- Manage the construction site, including supervision of sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety of personnel, and maintaining quality and workmanship.
- Proficiently manage various sub-contractors such as steel erectors, builders, M&E specialists, fit-out personnel, and joiners.
- Work effectively from the ground up on full-envelope commercial projects with prior Site Manager experience.
- Coordinate with professionals including designers, engineers, and architects.
- Design and oversee the construction programme to maximize efficiency and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain all document control processes as part of project management.
- Manage all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure project delivery on time and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cost-effective management strategies.
