Job Title: HR Systems Business Analyst





Job Description



We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Business Analyst for a 3-6 month contract role, working outside IR35. The project is currently at the Business Case Funding Stage, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in moving the project forward to the discovery and delivery phases.



Responsibilities

• Assist in advancing the project from the Business Case Funding Stage to the discovery phase and then to the delivery phase.
• Utilise HR recruitment systems knowledge to support HR onboarding processes.
• Contribute to the current HR payroll phase and help transition it to the delivery phase.
• Participate in onboarding processes from version 1.0 to 2.0.
• Collaborate with the dedicated HR Project Manager and HR team during workshops held two days per week in the Birmingham office.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• HR onboarding experience is a bonus.
