What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing full secretarial support to multiple teams as a Float Legal Secretary
- Managing client communication with professionalism and empathy
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management, arranging meetings & keeping everything running smoothly
- Previous extensive experience in a Legal Secretary role (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player spirit
- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays!) to recharge and relax
