As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in developing competitive, well-considered tenders that win standout schemes primarily in student accommodation and high-value residential projects (up to £100m). You’ll enjoy solving commercial challenges, thinking strategically at the early stages, and working collaboratively with bid, design, and supply chain teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the construction industry

• Strong understanding of the tendering process and pre-construction phase

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
